Sylvia Castillo Sylvia joined the International Trade Center as an Administrative Associate II in August 2005. Previously she worked with a local attorney for 15 years. She is a native San Antonian, married and has 3 grown children and loves cooking and the different flavors and ethnicity that San Antonio is known for.
